To register and activate your e-Gift Card, please send a SMS from your mobile phone as follows: ACT<space>16-Digit Card Number<space>6 Digit Pin to 9717500167.
At the time of check-out/ settling the invoice, use your e-Gift to redeem it by sharing the 16 digit card number and the OTP received on the registered mobile number.
Comes with 1-year validity and can only be used offline.
Eligible purchases do not include advanced purchases, deposits, friends and family rates, payments for meetings, catering or group functions, or any other negotiated rates.
The e-Gift Card can be redeemed for Spa experiences by resident guests at the participating hotels and resorts and multiple transactions can be performed on an e-Gift Card until the value of the card is exhausted.
