The Pine Perks Rupay Prime E-Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of the websites which accept RuPay instruments. However, there are a few merchant categories, as mentioned below, wherein the Pine Perks Rupay Prime E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed.

This cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

Pine Perks Rupay Select card name has been changed to Pine Perks Rupay Prime Card. The following terms and conditions are applicable to the Purchaser upon purchase of the Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift Card through Pine Labs.

All Pine Perks Rupay E-Gift Cards shall be valid for up to 2 years from date of issue and shall remain valid till the date mentioned on the face of the Pine Perks Rupay E-Gift Card. The validity of the Pine Perks RuPay e-Gift Card may be extended, or a replacement card may be issued on expiry, upon request from the Purchaser or the Cardholder subject to applicable fees and at the sole discretion of Pine Labs.

The Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed/exchanged for its value in cash by the Cardholder. Cash withdrawal facility is not available on Pine Perks Rupay Prime Gift card.

If the Cardholder information provided by the Purchaser or the Cardholder is found to be incorrect, the Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift Card in question is liable to be cancelled and the entire amount forfeited, and no claims in respect thereof will be entertained by Pine Labs.

The Purchaser shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pine Labs from and against any and all third party liability, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of the breach of these terms and conditions, the negligence or wilful misconduct or fraud by the Purchaser, or its employees or agents.

PINE LABS DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PINE PERKS RUPAY PRIME GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE PURCHASER AND THE CARDHOLDER’S SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.

All fees, surcharges, goods and applicable taxes with respect to Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift Card shall be borne by the Purchaser or the Cardholder. Pine Labs shall have no liability towards the same. There may be surcharge applicable on certain card transactions. In such an event, the same will be deducted from the card balance available in the Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift Card at the time of transaction. In case the card balance is not sufficient to provide for the surcharge the transaction shall be declined.

Any change of Cardholder credentials like mobile number, e-mail, etc. will have to be communicated by the Purchaser only. The Card Holder cannot request for any changes directly. Cardholders can check the available balance of cards by logging in on the Pine Perks Website (www.pineperks.in) and Pine Perks Mobile App.

Any dispute in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift Cards shall be referred to Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. and the decision of Pine Labs shall be final in this regard. Any disputes and claims in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards shall be subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

The OTP will be valid for 15 min.

Incorrect OTP entered 3 consecutive times will lead to blocking of the mobile number for next 30 min.

In case OTP resent option is attempted more than 5 times, the mobile number is blocked for next 30 min.

In case the URL is tampered, the IP address will be blocked for 24 hours.

Name & Mobile number is mandatory.

The Digital voucher is in the form of URL and can be viewed by entering the OTP received on the registered mobile number of the user provided at the time of issuance.

The card can be added to “My Card” in Pine Perks App.

Balance can be checked using the short code SMS “PERKSBAL< SPACE>Last 4 digits of card number” to 575758.

No option to set or reset PIN as the Digital cards can be used online only and the OTP for the online transaction will be sent to the registered mobile number.

There is no option to save the Digital card in the form of PDF, user can add to Pine Perks App, take screen shot or click the URL. Each time the URL is clicked upon, OTP will be fired to the registered number.

E-Gift vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.
