Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
Gift Vouchers are accepted at Listed Kiehl's Outlets (https://kiehls.in/stores) and on their website.
In case the purchase amount is more than the balance in the GCs, the holder will have to pay the balance amount through cash/ credit card or through the accepted mode of payment against the purchases.
Gift cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
