- For Cafe redemptions, a QR code is made available to scan. Upon scanning, a web application is opened on the customer's mobile device where the Gift card number and pin can be entered to redeem the card.
- For Cafes redemption, please inform the Cashier that the order will be paid via gift cards.
- Other Conditions.
- In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the Gift card, the difference must be paid by other available payment modes.
- Your gift cards are already pre-activated. You do not need to activate them separately once generated and should be able to use them immediately.
- You can use gift cards to purchase any product that you want to.
- Gift cards are multi-use. So you can use a gift card multiple times as long as it carries a balance. We recommend generating gift cards for the amount equivalent to your purchase.
- You don't need any additional documentation/information to use this card.
- Gift cards, once issued, aren't extendable in terms of their validity. Please ensure you use the card within the validity period of the card.
- Gift cards, once issued, can't be cancelled or refunded. No replacement or cashback would be considered against the gift cards.
- Your gift cards are stored on your Crazy Deals account, so it is unlikely that you will lose your gift card. If you accidentally delete the Crazy Deals app or switch phones, you can re-download the app and sign in using the same phone number to retrieve your gift card details.
- The gift card should be treated like Cash. Gift cards can't be replaced or duplicated if stolen (if someone else gets access to your gift cards number and PIN).
- The gift cards cannot be reloaded.
- Redemption of electronic gift cards by their bearer shall be a valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of gift cards.
- The gift cards are subject to applicable laws. The company and gift card holder are promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
- Any dispute must be referred to the company, and the company�s decision shall be final.
- Management can change the company policy without any prior intimation.
